</p><p>I just finish, finally my muscle building guide for SecretsToGettingBuff.com.  I don&#8217;t know whether I underestimated my time to write this guide or what but it certainly took me a lot long then I expected.</p>
<p>Anyway the building muscle guide was a process of writing down what me and a friend did over sixteen weeks to build muscle and the result was me writing this muscle building guide.</p>
<p>If you are looking at building muscle or already currently muscle building then I think you should find something of benefit. We took the concepts that we learned from two books, Turbulence training and the kettle bells workout program and developed our own 16 week building muscle program.</p>
<p>The guide was written to give you a quick easy to understand way of what we did to workout. We didn&#8217;t go to any fancy gyms or by any fancy equipment. Everything was done at home using body weight exercises.</p>
<p>There are lots of guides on the internet that teach you <a href="http://secretstogettingbuff.com/category/how-to-build-muscle/">how to build muscle</a>, but we wanted this one to be different to give you an idea of how you can do it at home without having to spend hundreds of dollars.</p>
<p>What we did with the two guides we did buy, turbulence training and the kettle bells workout system was pick our favorite exercises that we could do at home then split them into 3 workouts that we did each week over a 16 week period. We added a little cardio and interval training and there you have it a simple way to build muscle at home.</p>
<p>In our guide we decided to search youtube for videos to show you exactly how the exercises were done.  To our amazement there are a tone of videos that you can actually just watch the videos and create your own workout routine.</p>
<p>As long as you are building the larger muscle in the body through body weight exercises you are going to see a difference, so look at a couple of the videos for the chest and shoulder, another couple for the back and core and another couple fore the legs and you will have a simple and quick way to effectively workout 3 times a week without having to spend an hour at the gym.</p>
<p>Having read a lot of the different muscle building guides, I am pretty confident to say that all you really need to develop that athletic build is in your house. I was amazed at when you put a concentrated effort 3 times a week just using body weight exercises, how much your body starts to develop.</p>
<p>So what do I mean when I say body weight exercises. Try this for the next couple weeks&#8230; Do 20 pushups every other day for the next two weeks and take note of how you feel. If you can&#8217;t do 20 then begin with 10 and work your way up by adding 1 more every-time you do pushups. The simple act of using your body weight to stress itself out works wonders on building muscle.</p>
<p>There really isn&#8217;t any right or wrong way, or specific combination of exercises. All you really need to do is to make sure that you are working out the major muscles groups every week.</p>
